Global connect 5.71 is a maintenance release wich consolidated all previous patches and includes some additional fixes and enhancement. This is a recommended upgrade. See the release notes for more information.

Travsys has successfully installed a Local DCS application at the Airport of Djibouti. This airport, in the Horn of Africa, is a gateway into the region. The installed system is supporting several airlines for DCS and BRS. Integrated with a T-MEC message solution.

Garuda, the International Airline of Indonesia, has installed the Travsys Global Connect product for access to their reservation system. Garuda is using the traditional LAN connected CCP clients as well as the WEB Clients.

Today december 4, between 13:00 and 15:00 GMT+1 we are moving the Travsys server to a new building. During this time the server will not be reachable. This also affects our e-mail delivery which will be delayed as well.

Travsys is announcing a new product for type-b messaging service. The Travsys Message Exchange Centre (T-MEC) is an intelligent exchange and routing system. The initial product will start with a type-b BATAP to SMTP router. Other connector will be added over time and depending on customer demand.
